Frontier Virtual Front Office (VFO)

VFO is a gateway between service/network providers. The application is accessible via a web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI), in addition to the following features/functionality:

  • Flexible and automatic validation of Access Service Requests, Local Service Requests and Trouble Reports.
  • Storage and management of all service requests submitted, and the subsequent notifications received.
  • Secure and efficient business interactions between the companies.

Get Connected

To establish a relationship to order new Frontier services or request changes to existing connectivity, wholesale customers must complete and submit the Frontier Wholesale Customer Connectivity Form.

Once a company has initial access, all additional user credentials requests shall be referred to their company’s VFO Administrator. VFO Administrators who need assistance or who require a password reset for their administrator ID should contact Frontier’s Connectivity Manager at: Frontier.Connectivity.Management@ftr.com.
