Frontier-Connectbase

Frontier has partnered with Connectbase to offer our Wholesale customers options for optimally using and referencing our network footprint, serviceable buildings, products, and pricing. To request access to Frontier serviceability and pricing via Connectbase applications, Wholesale customers must complete and submit the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form.

Methods of Access

Connectbase CPQ Module

Wholesale customers who have access to Connectbase and use their CPQ quoting module can integrate the Frontier API with their CPQ Instance of Connectbase by completing the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form and selecting ‘CPQ’ for ‘Method of Access’.

 

Connectbase Availability Engine API

Wholesale customers who have access to Connectbase can automatically receive updated building lists via API. To request access, customers must complete the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form and select ‘Availability Engine API’ for ‘Method of Access’.

 

Frontier-Connectbase Wholesale
Serviceability Portal

Wholesale customers who do not currently have access to Connectbase and are looking to access real-time serviceability and quoting capabilities for Ethernet and Broadband can leverage the Frontier-Connectbase Serviceability Portal at no cost. To request access, customers will need to complete the Frontier-Connectbase Registration Form and select ‘Frontier Wholesale Serviceability Portal’ for ‘Method of Access’. Frontier will validate customer status and contracts and then provide the requestor with login information.
