OCN (Operating Company Number)

A four-character code assigned by the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) to any telecommunications provider.

Local Territories

Identify Frontier’s Local territories as needed to do business via LSR processes.

Frontier’s four Local Service Territories include Acquired West Virginia, Connecticut, Frontier 13 and Legacy.

The Frontier ILEC SPID is 0121 for all properties excluding Southern New England Telephone Company (SNET) in CT; Frontier Communications of America in CA, IN, MN, NC and NY; and Commonwealth Telephone Company in PA.

The Frontier ILEC SPID is 5200 for SNET in Connecticut.

The Frontier ILEC SPID is 0161 for Commonwealth Telephone Company in PA.

The Frontier PA CLEC SPID is 7513.

The Frontier Communications of America CLEC SPID is 2473 (CA, IN, MN, NC, and NY).

The ‘Frontier 13 Local Service Territory’ refers to the former GTE (Verizon West) properties acquired by Frontier in 2010 (AZ, CA, IL, IN, MI, NV, NC, OH, SC, WI) and in 2016 (CA, TX, FL).

ICSC (Interexchange Customer Service Center) Codes

Interexchange Customer Service Center (ICSC) Codes, which are assigned and administered by iconectiv, are 4-character alphanumeric codes that identify Frontier’s service center(s) as needed to do business via ASR processes.
