What if I’ve tried to troubleshoot but I’m still experiencing issues?

We do all we can to make sure retailers will honor coupon discount codes. However, codes are controlled by our retail partners. If your code still isn’t working, please:

  1. Check with the merchant directly. Many merchants have instant chat or support phone numbers you can call to get help.
  2. If you’ve tried contacting the merchant directly and still feel there’s an issue, please contact ftr-rewards-inquires@capillarytech.com. Please include the merchant’s name, date, offer details, and a brief explanation describing the issue in your email.
