What has changed in the Terms of Service?

We have updated substantive terms and conditions to reflect changes in the products and services offered. We encourage you to review the full, updated version of the Terms of Service.

To help you understand some of the key updates, we’ve put together a summary. Below is a list of some of the key updates in the Terms of Service. This summary is not exhaustive, so we encourage you to review the full, updated version of the Terms of Service. Those terms and not this summary will govern your relationship with us.

  • Deployment of Fiber-Based Service. We’re excited to extend new fiber-optic network services to customers in several of our service areas. The updated TOS include changes for expanded fiber services in these areas.
  • General requirements for charges, month-to-month services, online bill pay, and paperless billing. While our TOS remains a legal document, we’ve done our best to update our requirements for charges to make it clear and easier to understand. The updates provide information about services we provide on a month-to-month basis and other charges that may appear on your bill.
  • Changes regarding your personal data. While our privacy policy states that we collect information about your product use, your services, your devices and your equipment, we’ve updated the TOS to make sure you know how it’s used to support our services and improve your experiences.
  • Mutual arbitration clause and offers of judgment provision. Hopefully, disputes will never be an issue. The updates include changes to pre-arbitration notices and the process for commencing arbitration claims. These provisions are an important part of our relationship with you, so please read them carefully.
