What do I do if I lost internet access while making a payment?

Your payment is not complete until you reach the confirmation page. You can sign in to your account or use the MyFrontier app to check if your payment processed.

Frontier account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Payment history in the Quick links tile.

MyFrontier app

  1. Sign in to the app for iOS or Android.
  2. Tap Billing.
  3. Tap History.
  4. Tap the drop down that says Billing history and select Payment history.

If your payment was processed, you’ll see it at the top of the list. If there are no payments shown on the date you tried to submit your payment, it’s safe to submit another payment. You won’t be charged twice.
