Reschedule or cancel a service appointment

You’ll need to use the MyFrontier app to reschedule or cancel your service appointment. Download or open the app.

  1. Select a service appointment from the Home or Support screens.
  2. Tap Modify appointment.
  3. Select Reschedule appointment to pick a new date or time.
  4. To cancel, select Cancel appointment. Call the number provided to complete cancellation.
