To connect with a Frontier chat agent, follow these steps:
- Go to business.frontier.com.
- Click on the “Giga” chat icon on the bottom right.
- In the chatbot, enter the phrase: “I’ve never had Frontier service.”
- Enter your address.
- When asked if you are an existing customer, answer No.
- When asked to order a New Service, answer Yes.
- Select Business.
- Select Connect me to a Sales agent.
- Enter the requested information: First Name, Last Name, Contact number, and Email.
- The system will then connect you to a live representative
