My location qualifies for Frontier Fiber. How do I connect with a Frontier Business sales agent?

To connect with a Frontier chat agent, follow these steps:

  1. Go to business.frontier.com.
  2. Click on the “Giga” chat icon on the bottom right.
  3. In the chatbot, enter the phrase: “I’ve never had Frontier service.”
  4. Enter your address.
  5. When asked if you are an existing customer, answer No.
  6. When asked to order a New Service, answer Yes.
  7. Select Business.
  8. Select Connect me to a Sales agent.
  9. Enter the requested information: First Name, Last Name, Contact number, and Email.
  10. The system will then connect you to a live representative
