Want to browse by folders or files? Select All Files from the My Activity dropdown menu.
Upload files
- Select Upload in the upper right corner.
- Drag and drop files onto the indicated area or click to select Browse your Computer and choose files manually.
Download files
- Click the checkbox next to files you want to download.
- When the More menu appears, select More then Download.
Search for files
Click Search in the upper right corner and type what you’re looking for.
Delete files permanently
- Click the checkbox next to the files you want to delete.
- When the More menu appears, click More then select Delete and Trash Can.
Retrieve files from trash
- Click the Main Navigation Menu, then click Trash.
- Select the checkbox next to the file you want to retrieve and click Restore.
Share files
- Click the checkbox for the file you want to share.
- Select Share then choose how you want to share: email, public link or social media.
Unshare files
- Select Shared Files from the main navigation.
- Click the checkbox of the file you no longer want to share.
- Select Manage and then Revoke.
View files
- Select Documents from the Main Navigation Menu.
- Click a file to view.
