Whether you’re upgrading to a new Frontier® service or adding a new set-top box to another TV, activating your set-top box is easy.
Fiber TV customers
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to your set-top box and the other end to your TV
- You’ll see a series of flashing lights on your set-top box during activation
- A message will show on your screen to show the installation progress
- When the lights on your set-top box turn green, your service is activated
Frontier TV customers
- Connect your router to your set-top box with the provided ethernet cable
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to your set-top box and the other end to your TV to start the activation process
- A message will show on your screen to show the installation progress
- When the lights on your set-top box turn green, your service is activated
