Call 1-877-722-7937. A representative will help you replace your card. A fee will apply. A $7 replacement card fee will be deducted from your reward card balance. For example, if you lose your $100 card and have not used it yet, you will receive a replacement card with $93. If your card has less than $7 remaining balance, the card will not be replaced. Expired reward cards will not be replaced. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.
