It’s easy! Customers will need to either download the HBO Max app on a mobile device, or visit hbomax.com.

1. Click SIGN IN and enter YOUR EMAIL
2. Select the appropriate provider from list
3. Enter subscriber’s provider username and password
4. Create an account
5. Set up profiles and start streaming!

Is your customer subscribed to HBO Max through Verizon Perks or the Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max bundle? Follow these steps:

1. Click SIGN IN, then SIGN IN again (if on a mobile device)
2. Enter the email address and password used when signing up for the HBO Max subscription
3. Choose your profile and start streaming!
